Should you encounter a routine property maintenance issue, please email leasing@cspminc.net. We will prioritize your problem and schedule its resolution promptly. Should it be a more serious issue where property or tenant safety is at risk, please contact us immediately at 619-550-7876.

As we continue to use technology to make the leasing process easier, we will soon add the capability for you to schedule, pay and track your rent payments securely online. We will make you aware of when this service becomes available.
